annual storage limits
-
When I set up my blog I thought I would be getting 3G of storage PER ANNUM. This appears not to be the case. I am disappointed as I chose WordPress so my blog would not cost me anything.
If I need to buy more storage I will not know how much I will need in a year. I would like to start with getting the minimum 10G and then see how I go. I am concerned that if I buy 10G and use it I won’t be able to buy another 10G but will then have to go to 25G – which I don’t feel I will use in a year. I am always nervous about the unfindable small details of these “deals” that you are forced to sign up to. Any advice/suggestions out there?
Thanks

Free blogs are limited to a total of 3GB of storage. That storage amount is not related to any timeframe and does not increase without purchasing a space upgrade:
Can I purchase more than one Space Upgrade?
Yes. Space upgrades are cumulative. You can purchase one of each type. If you purchase a 10 GB upgrade, you’ll have a total of 13 GB of storage space (your free 3 GB, plus purchased 10 GB). If you purchase a 25 GB upgrade next, you’ll have a total of 38 GB of storage space, and so on.However, as it says in the quote above from the Space Upgrade support page, you can only purchase one of each “size” of upgrade.
