hi i am just coming from holidays and seen that u have taken annual fees from my account without prior notification. at the moment our web site project is stopped. so we do not need this renewal. Kindly don’t renew it we are not in a position to use it.
i hope that u will consider my case and refund these charges to me.Regards

The reminder about your renewal was sent to the address associated with the user account where your purchase was made. There are several sent ahead of time before we ever process the charge.
Can you tell me what site you were billed for? We need to find the proper account in order to evaluate a refund. The account that you are using here to reach us has never made any purchases.
