  Hello, i would like to know if i would be able to pay monthly instead of anually? beacuse i dont have the money in bulk

  No, all plans are billed per year and have to be paid in advance.

  Hi there, just adding to what @staartmees already mentioned, if you don’t need to upgrade right away, you can subscribe to WPcom upgrade promotions in your dashboard at https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/updates in order to be notified when available. However, you’ll still need to pay in advance at checkout.
