    Can somebody reply to Request #11308717? or request #11295244?

    The AI assistant keeps saying that understands my frustration, but can’t connect me with a ‘Happiness Engineer’, neither provides a phone number to speak with a human. Is WordPress staff in a strike? All I get is automatic replies saying “thank you! The happiness engineer will contact you in 24 hours. It has been more than one week.

    Fully agree, I’m encountering similar issues. Hell, even trying to search the forum brings up the AI assistant! I’m thinking about migrating my content somewhere else.

    Hey folks, I’m just a fellow community member, but I completely understand the frustration with getting stuck in the AI loop.

    I don’t work for WordPress so I can’t look up your tickets, but I can flag this for the actual human staff. I’ve added the modlook tag to this thread, which puts it directly in the queue for a real Happiness Engineer to review. Hang in there and don’t lose hope just yet.

    Thank you guys for replying to my post! At least I’m not alone here! I still don’t receive any answer from WordPress staff, neither in my outlook, neither in my gmail. I had to log in with google in order to access the forum, and I got assigned this silly name creativelyversatilecafbbc84f9  but my real name and website is https://palomamoraguerrerophotography.com/ I finally have the time to update it and WordPress does not take my password, although is paid for the year. What is happening?
