Any way for several Portfolios to display their own Categories?

    Dear Blossom Support Team,

    I am a newbie at wordpress and downloaded a Blossom Health Coach theme as a website template, and I was wondering if I can have several Portfolios created with each displaying its own categories. So far, I was able to create multiple Portfolios, but they all display ALL available categories. So, is there a way for each Portfolio to display its own categories? For example, Health Portfolio to display Body, Mind and Nutrition categories, and Lifestyle Portfolio to display Beauty, Fashion and Travel categories? Please advise and thank you in advance.
