Apache won’t start when using XAMPP

    I am having an issue attempting to get XAMPP to run correctly on my PC. It appears that all of my services are running correctly with exception to Apache which will not start. I’ve tested Port 80 and the message that I keep receiving is that their seems to be a conflict but it doesn’t tell me what it could be. I am not running Skype. Now could it have something to do with either my Virus App (PCCillin)? If so, I turned it off and I still keep getting the same issue. I am also using a wireless mouse by Gyration but so far I am at a loss. I am somewhat a newbie, but need the help since I want to do all my blog development locally before “pushing” it to my webhost.

    Much appreciate any help that anyone can provide.
