  My mailchimp API key isn’t working when I try to upload it. It’s not giving me any extra options.

  It seemed to be working before but is now saying it ‘can’t connect’

  What should I do?

  Hi there,

  The site at http://ruthstillsings.wordpress.com/ has not been updated since 2013, and we don’t offer any feature on WordPress.com that requires a Mailchimp API key.

  What site do you need help with, and what exactly are you trying to do?

  If you’re trying to set up a Mailchimp plugin on a stand-alone WordPress site, please contact support for that plugin directly. We can only help with WordPress.com sites in this forum, not sites using the open source version of WordPress made on WordPress.org.
