Apparently I’m paying for a domain name

Hey, I’m being charged a large amount of money through PayPal. I don’t remember upgrading my account ever and I just logged onto my account which showed that I still only have the basic word press domain. I’ve tried googling and I can’t at all find the one I’m being charged for and I’m being charged through PayPal! Is there a way that this can all be corrected and I can have my money back??

The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have payment information on file for you.
Does the transaction on PayPal’s end specifically say it’s for “WordPress”?
Do you have any other sites or accounts on WordPress.com that this might be for?
