Appearance Customise Menu doesn’t work?

Hi, when I go to work on my website’s appearance, I go through Appearance -> Customise. Once on the menu, I physically can’t make any changes. I click on boxes within the menu, nothing happens. I change HEX colour codes and nothing happens, the ‘Update’ or ‘Publish’ button doesn’t light up or allow me to click it. Really confused. Tried deactivating all of the plugins, changing the theme, still nothing? Site is hosted on SiteGround, unsure whether it’s something to do with the files?

That would be regarding a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

It sounds like you’re actually set up on the other version of WordPress. That’s the open source WordPress.org software. Help for that, comes from the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
