Appearance customizer will not load any template

    Hi,
    I just started this new blog and I initially chose a blank template. Now, when I choose any template (free) from the list, and click ‘customize’, nothing happens. My blog is still shown in basic, free text form. When I try Customizer on my other blogs with WordPress, it opens as usual with the template and allows adjustments and customizations. With this site, that does not happen – the only thing in distance is the blog name with nothing else. I’ve cleared browsing, I’ve updated chrome, I’ve logged in and out. I have no plugins or extensions. Please help.

    Hi there!

    I can see that the site has the Twenty Fifteen theme active at the moment and I can view the customizer just fine when I try it on my end. See this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/XZw6Ar

    Can you try from a different browser to see if that helps? If not, please open the customizer for https://chips2crisps.wordpress.com/ again and take a screenshot of what you see. Here’s how to take a screenshot: https://wordpress.com/support/make-a-screenshot/

    Once you have the screenshot, you can upload it to your site’s media library here: https://wordpress.com/media

    We can take a look at it after that to see what you’re seeing.
