Appearance Issues

About once a month, our website loses all content and displays as an unedited template. Each time I call our host site (Host Armada) and they are able to fix, but they claim that it is not an issue with hosting as ‘host armada does not have anything to do with appearance’. Is this an issue being caused by wordpress, and how can I stop it from happening?
