Appearance not changing

Add topic to favorites
I keep trying to stick a new picture in my header and it just stays on the old picture. No matter which picture I choose whether a stock photo or a photo that was there in the past or the one I want, none will work. It just stays on the current photo. I clicked publish. I opened it in another tab and it is still the same picture.

are you talking about https://highdaydotorg.wordpress.com/ because that site hasn’t been updated since 2016.

For some reason when I put the picture on there it never reverts to a different picture. It stays the same image even though it acts like a different one is assigned.

What image is supposed to show?

If I look in the Customizer under Custom Header, the image I see there is exactly the same image I see when I view your site itself:

So I took a screen shot of what I see. It shows that I have chosen a different picture but the old one remains there.
I am not really great with computers but usually I can keep up with small changes on the website using WordPress. I don’t even know how to share my screenshot with you to show the problem. I wish they had a person that could help me by looking at my computer to see what I see.
