  There’s no appearance tab on the left side of my site. It’s difficult for me to find the header.php.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  That option does not exist on WordPress.com, as we do not allow changes to the source code for sites hosted on our servers.

  What exactly are you trying to do? There might be another way to do it here.
