  I have purchased the Divi theme from Elegant Themes. It says to log into wordpress admin and go to Appearances and then to Themes. Once at themes it says there is an Add New button in the top right corner which i cannot find. I have message several times on the website. It is very inconvenient this business does not have a number available for people to call in.

  Hi there, in order to use the Divi theme, you’d need to upgrade your WordPressdotcom site to the Business plan. https://en.support.wordpress.com/business-plan/ That’s the only plan that will allow you to install 3rd party themes on your WordPressdotcom site. All other plans can activate any of the 280+ themes found in our theme showcase at https://wordpress.com/themes/
