Applied for refund within 24 hours which was not granted. Why?

    I requested a refund within 24 hours of registering a domain as I misspelled the domain. Was “pending cancellation” for 2 days. Was never cancelled and now (4 days after original purchase) website claims it is too late to refund or change domain name. I am requesting a change in domain name or full refund of my purchase upgrade.

    The domain has been canceled and refunded as requested. Canceling a domain means you completely give up ownership of the domain and can take up to 35 days before it will become available to register somewhere.

    To register a new domain you can go to Store > Domains on your blog’s dashboard and follow the steps there.
