  Hi there,

  Your account owns the Jetpack connection for that site, so you should be able to apply to WordAds for that site.

  Please make sure you’re logged into your WordPress.com account, and that you can see the WordPress.com admin bar when you view WordAds.co. If you don’t see the admin bar there, it means the site is unable to detect that you’re logged in, which would point to a problem with your browser cookies.

  In that case, make sure your browser allows third-party cookies, and if you’re using any tracking blocking in your browser, try disabling that to see if it helps.
