Apply purchase to srmi.biz (old admin departed)

  I am trying to bring the existing WordPress site srmi.biz under the ownership of this user (email visible only to moderators and staff) because the old admin, (email visible only to moderators and staff) departed and our assets (recently purchased here) cannot yet be applied to srmi.biz. We even put the user (email visible only to moderators and staff) back on our email server, but password recovery emails are not being sent. Please take all assets currently found for (email visible only to moderators and staff) and apply them to (email visible only to moderators and staff) – thanks for your kind help.
