Can you give me a few more details? Please walk me through the steps you’re taking, and what you’re trying to accomplish. It would also be helpful if you could include a link to one of the pages in question.
You should be able to set a showcase template in your page editor by following this guide:

thanks for getting back to me so soon!! well, I’ve had this blog since last august and have only regular posts, the only PAGE i have is the ABOUT ME…i really liked the spendio theme and activated it for my blog (I used to have the depo masthead) in the details of the theme it has in the home page a kind of slideshow, which as I read I interpreted it as being the showcase template the one that gave me that option, but to apply the showcase template i need the posts in PAGE form (at least that’s what I understand) so i copy-pasted a few posts from my TURNING 40 category to change them to PAGE form and tried making them sticky from the settings-reading and then I gave up…here’s the link to my ABOUT ME page http://microrrelatososhortstories.wordpress.com/about/
I hoped the ‘slideshow’ could have my TURNING 40 SERIES…thank you very much

thank you!! yes, I kept trying and suddenly IT WORKED…I’m so happy with the way it turned out…right now I’ve got a series of posts going on turning 40 but can’t wait to try it with another topic..thanks again for checking up on my situation…
