April 16th renewal email

    I do not understand what I need to do about the email that was sent to me concerning April 16. Please advise with specific actions that I need to take.

    Hi there,

    Can you give some more info about the email you’re speaking of? The account you’re using to post here has never owned any upgrades on WordPress.com, and we haven’t sent you any recent emails to the address on file for this account.

    If you received a WordPress.com renewal email, it’s for a paid upgrade that belongs to another account. The email should mention what site it is for. Log into the account that owns that site, and then you’ll be able to renew your upgrades, or cancel theme if you prefer, from the Purchases page.
