    Are there archiving features to maintain public records requirements?

    Hi there,

    I’m not sure what you’re asking.

    WordPress.com sites cannot be archived. As WordPress.com is free and we never delete sites due to inactivity, if you no longer want to use a site but you want the content to remain available you can just leave the site and it will continue to exist.

    Alternatively you can set a site to private so it’s no longer publicly accessible, but the content will continue to exist on our servers indefinitely, or else you can delete it which will cause the content to be completely and permanently erased from our servers.
