Are you aware that creation of new user doesn't work anymore?

    I’ve succesfully created my new user few days ago, but since then it seems just impossible to create new users or contacts. All people getting my invite to connect to my new Blog and to create a contact did not succeed with the sign up process; I did many attempts too but with no success.
    ==> sign up for Just a user name
    ===> enter a valid email, User and Password (all getting a green cross)
    ==> click the blue “Sign Up” button
    ==> nothing happens, no confirmation email is sent to activate the account.

    We have tried many, many times, but it doesn’t work.
    I tried for example with (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi Erick,

    Thanks for reporting this issue. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble signing up for a new account.

    I checked our system, and we don’t have any record of a new user signup with the email address you mentioned. I also tested our signup form, and it worked for me, so we’ll need to investigate a bit to see what’s going on for you.

    You mentioned that you got the green checkmark approving the information you entered in the signup form. After entering your password, did you see a message saying, “Your password can be saved”?

    You also mentioned that nothing happened after clicking the “Sign Up” button. Did the signup page reload at that point, or did nothing happen at all?
