Are you sure to delete? error

I have been receiving the error ‘Are you sure to delete?’ and I am not able to access any tab or links within the dashboard. My site is not working as a result. When I log into the wordpress as an admin, I cant seem to click on anything. A pop up displays the message ‘Are you sure to delete?’ . M y site is also not working as a result.
