.art domain ‘not valid?’

  I’m trying to set up a site with domain that I own. I keep getting an error saying the domain is not valid. I tried it with and without the www, just in case, and I know I’m spelling it correctly. Does WordPress not support .art domains for some reason?

  Hi there,

  What is the full domain you’re trying to use?

  And are you trying to add it to a new site you’re creating via https://wordpress.com/start?

  Hi, thanks for trying to help. I’m embarrassed to admit, that it was user error after all. I was hitting enter right after typing in the domain, and not realizing that autocorrect just added a space where there wasn’t supposed to be one. This happened a few times without me noticing. My bad!
