  How can i get companies who wishes to advertising their good in my WordPress site and how can i manage Google ads in my website in wordpress? sincerely🙏

  You can’t put ads yourself on a free wordpress.com website. To do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan or you must go for a self-hosted site using the open source wordpress.org.
