I’d be happy to process the refund for you, but once a dispute is filed, that ability is taken out of our hands while the bank investigates.
If you contact your bank and cancel the dispute, we can process the refund once the dispute is removed. Otherwise you will need to wait for the dispute process to play out.

Yes, I have filed dispute with my financial institution. And they went through and said I have to talk to you first and they canceled the dispute.
