  Can you confirm the domain/upgrade you wish to cancel. Is it jadfs.solutions that was only registered today? Are you logged in to the correct account that purchased the upgrade? For a refund of the domain you need to make the request within 48 hours of the domain being created. If you can’t succeed via the links below then return here and add the word modlook to the tag box on the right and wait for a member of staff to respond.
