Asking Refund

    Hi This is Pankaj here. When I saw the add to purchase a domain for website on wordpress then I made a purchase , i was looking for monthly plan but it didn’t provide me the option and money got deducted. Same I informed your executive and he told he has initiated the refund and I will receive my money back within 1-2 days. Please help me out

    Hi there,

    Refunds take around 10 business days before they appear in your account, and that depends on your bank. Please contact them directly if you haven’t received the refund after that time.
