  You guys asking me to pay $300, but I have no clue what this is for. I changed my hosting.

  If you don’t know what a charge made by wordpress.com is about, you can check it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. On the same page is a form to contact the billing team.

  @wowdesignteam just letting you know too, I don’t see any plans on this account.

  You mentioned you changed hosting. Can you log out, and log in with the account you’d previously used to buy hosting here? You can then open a support ticket and get everything canceled, and likely refunded if the charge was recent.

  We just can’t do it for this account because we don’t see the charge; you’ll need to be logged into the right account first.
