Assigning my domain to WordPress

    I am dumb as dirt so talk to me like I am your kindly but ignorant grandmother, please. I have been sent 3 requests to reassign my domain to WordPress. You even gave me a form letter to send to SiteGround to help with this. (Which I did, by-the-way.). Nothing happened. I waited the 72 hours. Nothing happened. I guess I need to have someone guide me step-by-step because I am not doing something right. Help, please.
