    I have been filling out the upgrading form but after entering my address it’s still not bring submitted kindly assist.
    I have also been trying to activate the blog’s email and its not been successful as well.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    Of what form are you speaking? The only place we ever ask for your full address is if you’re registering a domain, and you need to buy a paid plan before you can do that.

    Can you please provide more detail on exactly what you’re trying to do, and how exactly it’s failing? Are you seeing any error message?

    Can you also check if it works if you use another browser, or log in in incognito/private mode?

    In order to add an email address to a site you first have to have a domain registered or mapped to a site. It’s not possible to add an email on the free WordPress.com address, papablogsblog.wordpress.com.
