There are several features that allow you to display your images in a Gallery that might do what you want. You can learn about it in our guide at https://wordpress.com/support/images/
2. What are the steps to set up a a payment in wordpress? What needs to be installed, how are the form set up?
This really depends on your needs. The Premium plan and up gives you the ability to use Pay with PayPal https://wordpress.com/support/pay-with-paypal/ or recurring payments https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/payments/ or with the Business or eCommerce plans you can install 3rd party plugins to handle payments. https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/

All themes allow you to change the title of your site and themes that include a Custom Logo allow you to upload and change a logo. This doesn’t require any upgrade plan.

All WPcom themes are mobile friendly (responsive); you do not need to install a plugin for this.
