Assistance needed with my user id

I updated my user id the last time I logged and I can not reset my password on do anything because I am getting messages that my email and password is not correct. I am receiving emails under word press (email visible only to moderators and staff) but it is not recognizing my email address… I’m frustrated and don’t know what to do… Please help. I saved my original user id, and password, but I changed the user id to GlamEyez for you but its not recognizing the user id… I know my email address should be correct.

If you’re unable to reset the password at this link, you will need to reach out to your hosting service provider for help. As your site is hosted by Justhost, only they have access to the site’s files on their servers and so they can help you gain access to the account to manage the site again.
