Assistance with Contact Forms
-
Hello,
I currently have two contact forms set up on my website and when the form is submitted, my team receives the contact form in their spam folder. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
Additionally, I am trying to add two more email addresses to the backend to receive contact forms when they’re submitted. I click ‘save’ once I have added the two additional email addresses but when I exit the page, the emails that I added disappear. Can you please assist me on both of these issues? Thank you.

Hello Amber,
Many thanks for reaching out.

Ultimately, you would need to unmark these emails as spam so that they no longer get filtered as such by the email provider.

That sounds like there could be an issue with the plugin powering the contact form. The site is not hosted with WordPress.com, so you would need to reach out to the plugin developer for assistance.
I hope this is useful.
