Associating a post to a page

Hello,
I looking to see if there is any way to associate posts to specific pages.
My blog is about me learning different languages so being able to associate posts about a specific language to a page would be really helpful in the future.
I understand there was this topic before:

Which reached the conclusion of use catagories which is really not helpful. -
The link is to the wrong forum and might not apply here – that is for WordPress.ORG installs and this is WordPress.COM
But you still need Categories – one for each language – then use a custom menu to have a link to the different categories if you want – or just use the Categories Widget in the sidebar or wherever it fits
