Astra theme not installing

  Hello, I keep getting an error message when I try installing the Astra theme. How can I fix this?

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  The only sites I see on your @emilyyasko WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

  – https://emilyyaskowitz.wordpress.com/
  – https://emilyyasko.wordpress.com/

  However it’s not possible to upload plugins/themes on WordPress.com (unless you upgrade to our Business Plan) so those sites do not have the option to add the Astra theme to those sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login, or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
