  how can i attach a domain that i own from blue host into my expired wordpress site

  Are you speaking of thebirdandthebrushdotcom.wordpress.com where you had another domain and the Personal Plan up until February?

  Using your own domain on WordPress.com requires a paid plan, so first you’ll need to upgrade that site again. Then you can connect your Bluehost domain to the site using our domain mapping upgrade.
