  I have 2 domains I would like to attach to a wordpress blog plan for 8USD per month,how do I do this

  First you have to add a domain mapping to your sites, https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/#steps-for-mapping-a-domain.
  Next you have to change the nameservers.
