Attempting to update wordpress and migrate website

    Hi there,
    I am the new administrator for my website. unfortunately over the past few months we had a malware issue that has since been repaired and a firewall has been put up. During that process the original login and password have been compromised. We use godaddy for our services and they are currently migrating all out of date servers. I am unable to login as an administrator and cannot migrate. If I cannot get into the site it will be wiped clean is my understanding. Please help!

    Can you share the URL of your website?

    I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.
