Attributes/variations

    I am having trouble getting my variations to reflect what we actually offer in products. I created attributes to apply and generate variations of our products. However, I do not offer everything in every size. Why will it not filter out those options when I delete the specific variations that are not needed. I have been able to do it for every other product I have created. Now that I am creating bigger products with more variations, it will not filter out the unwanted ones anymore even after deleting the variations.
