  audio is not working – both on website and mobile device. my website is jdubqca.com. thank-you.

  Hi there,

  I took a look at your site, and I see what you mean. However, I also noticed that the audio files you’re sharing aren’t hosted here at WordPress.com.

  When I tried to open the direct links to the audio files you’re sharing on your site, they didn’t load, so the issue is actually with the site that’s hosting those files. You’ll need to check with the support at that site for more information about why your audio files aren’t loading.

  If you’re interested, with a Space Upgrade you can upload audio files directly to your site’s media library here at WordPress.com. In that case, we’d be able to help make sure nothing happens to those files. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

  Thank you for the reply. After I submitted the support request I did find out it was not WP related. I am considering the Space Upgrade. Again, thank for the response – greatly appreciated.
