Audio files play but there is no sound coming out

  my audio files look like they are playing but there is no sound coming out of my speakers, all other sounds coming out on internet or computer works fine?? Any ideas why?

  I’m not having any trouble playing that file.

  Have you tried a different browser? Do you have the same issue?
