  AUTHENTICATION FAILED.

  i AM TRYING TO MANAGE MY domain and when i use my customer ID and password created (which i have created 3 times), it tells me authentication failed. Are you working on your servers please, or is there something I am not doing right?

  Secondly, how do I create an email with my new domain?

  That particular system is not actually under our control, it belongs to our registrar partner, so I can’t necessarily tell if there’s any maintenance.

  Are you sure that you’re entering your customer number and not your username?
