  Hi there,

  The only place where an auth code would be used is if you were trying to transfer a domain.

  You don’t own any domains with us. If you’re trying to transfer a domain you own somewhere else to WordPress.com, you need to ask your current domain provider for the auth code, as only they can give it to you.
