  I’ve canceled my domain registration, and is trying to transfer to simply.com, but they need an Auth-id to lock up my domain.
  How do I get this code, when I haven’t made a transfer from WordPress, but just canceled?

  Hi there,

  You cannot transfer a canceled domain. That domain will be released within a week and then you’ll be able to register again through Simply.

  If you don’t want to wait for a week I can send you a payment form to pay for the domain so that I can restore it. After that, you’ll be able to point the domain to a site hosted elsewhere and after 60 days you’ll be able to fully transfer it.
