  Hi. I have just cancelled my domain name with you because I thought I had paid for it to be transferred to another provider. The provider is now telling me that I need an AUTH-ID or transfer code from WordPress for the domain name before they can take the domain name over. Please can you give me the AUTH-ID or transfer code for stefanbatorijs.com or reinstate stefanbatorijs.com on my account with you. thanks

  Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. It’s also not possible to transfer a cancelled domain, as you stop owning it the moment you cancel it.
