Authentication Code

Hi, we’re trying to install some security on the website and move it to a different host.
We need to change the email from an old to the new email, and when we go to wp-admin login it now shows: ‘An Authentication Code has been sent to the email address associated with your account. Look for an email with ‘Login Authentication Code’ in the subject line.’We can’t however access that email – how would we either change the authentication code, or change the email address it has been sent to?

Your site optionwealth.com.au is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Netregistry. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
