Authentication Code token

Good evening everyone, I have been trying to solve the following problem for a couple of days: The second email containing the token with the password that allows me to enter the control panel does not arrive, either in the inbox or in the spam.
I tried to reset the password, the email with the reset request arrives, I change the password and then asks me to log in, at which point I get this message:
An Authentication Code has been sent to the email address associated with your account. Look for an email with “Login Authentication Code” in the subject line.
and under the box to enter the code, but this mail does not arrive.
It had happened to me a few weeks ago but then the next day it started working again without me doing anything, but now I have not been able to access the administration panel for two days.
Has this ever happened to you? You have a way to help me. Thank you so much. -
