  Can you share more details? What is the address of your site? Where do you want to transfer that site?

  I’m not clear what you’re referring to as Authinfo code, but if you’re referring to the Authorization code, it’s needed for transferring domain registrations, not for transferring sites between hosting companies (domain and hosting are different things).

  You don’t have any domains registered with us on this account. So there’s no authorization code for us to give you. However, it’s possible that your domain may be on a different account. Please share the address of your site and we can look it up and help you further.
