Author invitation not working

  Hi. I sent an invitation for my friend to become an “author” for an existing blog where I’m the administrator. My friend received the invitation and has signed up for an account, but our blog doesn’t show up on his dashboard for him to write a post. What should I do? Thanks.

  Do you know if they were logged into their WordPress.com account when they clicked on the link in the invite email? If they created a new account AFTER clicking the link, that can cause the issue you are seeing.

  To give it another try, have them log into their WordPress.com account and then click the link in the email again.
