You cancelled that domain on 14 February, so you no longer own it. It’s not possible to transfer a domain you don’t own.
Additionally that domain has entered redemption with the registry since you cancelled it. We can still restore it to your account, but we need to pay a $80 fee to the registry to get the domain back from them.
Please let me know if you agree to that fee, and I can get the recovery process started for you.
Once the domain has been redeemed from the registry and restored to your account, you’ll be able to transfer it once you’ve owned it for at least 60 days – you bought the domain from us on 13 January, so you’ll be able to transfer it after 14 March.
